From being told I didn’t belong, to helping others thrive.
As a teenager, I was told I didn’t belong in STEM. Rather than accepting those limitations, I chose to challenge them.
Today, I am an award-winning STEM leader, Chartered Scientist, educator, mentor, speaker and equity advocate. Throughout my career, I have navigated barriers, overcome setbacks and created opportunities where none appeared to exist.
What began as a personal journey became a professional mission. I now help individuals, organisations and communities build the pathways, support systems and opportunities that I once had to discover for myself.
Because I believe there should be no ceiling on talent, ambition or potential.
I help ambitious students, early and mid-career professionals, women in STEM, underrepresented talent and emerging leaders navigate careers, leadership and personal growth with confidence.
I help universities, professional bodies, NHS organisations, STEM employers, government programmes and community organisations develop inclusive talent strategies, leadership pipelines and workforce development initiatives.
My work exists to help individuals and organisations close that gap.
